Lasting Image is owned and run by the husband and wife team of Nild and Deb Sansone. Small business owners who are artists at heart, they’ve built an impressive body of work one project at a time, always valuing the interpersonal relationships with clients that have resulted in so many fruitful collaborations.

The Lasting Image team also includes a core group of talented associates who contribute their creative and technical knowledge in the areas of production crew, graphic design, web design and programming.

Principals

Nild Sansone
Director/Producer/Video Editor
Nild has thirty years of video and sound production and editing experience. He is seasoned at responding to client needs, and skilled at meeting both artistic and technical challenges, whether the end product is on DVD, or embedded video on web sites or within PowerPoint presentations. Prior to founding Lasting Image New Media, he was chief video editor and medical training program producer at the University of Connecticut Health Center. He has directed dozens of live OR instructional nationwide video web casts. He has worked with clients that range from small to Fortune 500 companies, profit and non-profit, corporate, manufacturing, financial and service industries, school systems, and arts organizations.

Deb Sansone
Project Manager/Program Designer/Scriptwriter
Debra has twenty-five years’ experience as a writer, producer and multimedia designer. Prior to joining Lasting Image New Media, she was project manager, principal interactive designer and scriptwriter at Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company, in the Sales Training Division. Debra oversaw the production of award-winning interactive video programs used in the company’s 110 field sites nationwide. Since joining Lasting Image, she has written, designed and managed numerous projects, several of which have been recognized with national media awards. Her training at Harvard’s School of Education, and her skill in using the power of both words and images, enables her to distill the essence of clients’ raw material into compelling and effective presentations.
